Our modern facility in Switzerland—which has been retrofitted to conserve resources—combined with production processes that are as environmentally friendly as possible, supports this commitment to responsible plastics processing. The Three Pillars of Our Strategy

1. Materials 

  • Innovative Plastic Combinations: We use innovative plastic solutions that are precisely tailored to our customers’ technical requirements. Upon request, we also use materials that are characterized by a particularly low environmental impact.
  • Material efficiency: We ensure the efficient use of raw materials and avoid unnecessary material consumption. Production waste is minimized, sorted by type, and—where possible—returned to the recycling loop.
  • Short supply chains: We prioritize short distances within our supply chains. As a result, 96% of our suppliers are based in the EU, and 80% of them are headquartered in Germany. 

2. Energy & Production

  • Efficient Manufacturing: Our production is geared toward the responsible use of energy and resources. State-of-the-art equipment and continuously optimized processes help reduce energy consumption during manufacturing.
  • Heat Recovery: We reuse the process heat generated during production—for example, to heat our facilities. This allows us to reuse existing energy multiple times instead of letting it go to waste.
  • Renewable Energy: Whenever possible, we source electricity from renewable sources, such as our own photovoltaic system or certified green electricity.

3. Durability as Environmental Protection

  • Quality Over Waste: Sustainability doesn’t end with production. Thanks to their high weather resistance, UV stability, and durability, our profiles remain reliable in use for many years. This reduces the need for replacement products and conserves valuable resources.
